Purchasing
Purchases may be made either directly through Miragecolletion.com or by phone. Online purchasing is available anywhere in the world. All purchases are final and refunds and exchanges WILL NOT be entertained.
Product Availability
Mirage aims at providing products that are of the highest quality. Since our products are individually handcrafted to ensure originality and uniqueness, they are often very limited and subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to fill your order, we will inform you. Mirage assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever if the requested products are not available for delivery.
Pricing and Payment Options
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Mirage reserves the right to change the terms or duration of any special offer or sale promotion without any notice.
To ensure a secure transaction, customers must provide full, accurate and legible information on the order form. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order. All transactions will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirm stock availability.
Mirage accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Sales Tax
Mirage charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Residents outside the USA are tax exempt; however, customers are responsible for any and all customs duties incurred.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your order has been processed, shipping and delivery depends on the product you have purchased. For products that are in stock, you may indicate your preferred shipping method. i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground. For products that are not in stock and/or are custom orders, please allow up to 16 weeks for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Mirage is not liable for unanticipated delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances out of reasonable control.
All purchases are shipped via UPS. For security reasons, Mirage online purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card and will require a signature upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from UPS that your purchase has been delivered.
To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain tracking number for each delivery. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, please email us at info@miragecollection.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Since most orders are custom made to the specifications and measurements provided, Mirage maintains a strict ‘NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE’ policy. Customers who purchase using our online shopping are advised to make their decision carefully.
Most of Mirage products are handmade in India and/or Pakistan. Customers should fully understand that some change or variations in color or embroidery may occur. Customers are aware that colors on the monitor are not reflective of the actual product color. Slight variations in colors, shading, texture and embroidery is considered normal when placing an order. Mirage is not responsible for size discrepancies in custom orders; it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements and details. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@miragecollection.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is processed and the order has entered the production phase.
Alterations & Repairs
Mirage provides alteration services for women’s clothing only. In the event that product you purchased requires alterations, you may bring it to our store in Artesia, California or mail it. Alterations are not complimentary and will be charged accordingly. We will quote you the alteration charges prior to proceeding with the alteration.
